HCOM 310 On Blogs...ethics followed?
It has been a pretty good semester. I was able to study free speech and responsibility and how people were effected through out history for their basic right of the first Amendment. I was really shocked to know that people were treated differently during war time versus peace time, and that people could be arrested for speaking their mind in war time. I also noticed that the first amendment is always tested, if it offends or provokes. I also found it quite interesting that a lot of the blogs I have read this semester, did not follow the web Blob ethics because some people bashed other people's space, and some people even went out of their way to go online and bash other people, but that is fine. I am glad that I learned good web blog ethics.

LOL! Yes, I realized the same thing...but also learned a new question. As bloggers are we in fact journalists? If we are journalists, are we now protected by the First Amendment with freedom of the press? hmmm
